In autumn 2020, Nordic Experience started developing a new IT solution that would allow for the automation of the handling of orders for private tours. The solution is planned to be introduced in Estonia as well as in other neighboring countries.

Objectives and expected resultsThe goal of the project is to develop a unique technological solution that allows for efficient handling of private tour orders. This means automating the stages of order handling as much as possible, and includes handling orders that arrive with both short and long notice. As a result of the project, the Nordic Experience company is able to offer customers in Estonia and other countries a significantly faster and more convenient excursion booking service.
